    i was at 177. i don't know what happened. i'm back at 180...

    but!!! i wont let it get me down. i've gotta do this! about 2 weeks left!!!
    I am no longer fighting the world to prove I am comfortable being A BIG girl.. Because I was only fighting myself...

    I started the challege at 169 pounds. I am currently at 166 pounds. So I dropped 3 pounds over this past week. Not as much as I would have liked but I'm very happy I lost something. My prescription was adjusted today so I am taking a stronger dose. So I am hoping for about a 5 pound loss. I'm gonna work hard for a 5 pound loss. I am going to The River again this weekend which means bikini time. (I don't care if I don't have a perfect body I'm still gonna put on my bikini, get tan, and have a hell of a time.)

    I am down to 163 and started it at 168. This challenge is helping me out a lot. All of you guys are so helpful and very supportive. I hope I can reach 145 by November.

    Hello, my name is Cynthia and I'm from Houston, TX. I just started Phen Friday July 11th. I weighed in at the doctor weighing in at 222 and today my scale reads 209.5 no way I know that is not true. It's a new scale so maybe there is a malfunction. Someone please tell me if that sounds right...

    I'm not doing well at all. My goal for the 10 pounds by Aug 1 is supposed to be 170 (was 180 when started). I'm down to 177 today but this whole thing (Phen, working out, eating right) just doesn't seem to be working as well for me as it does everyone else. And I have no idea why. I'm almost quite sure I won't get down to 170 by Aug 1. I can't seem to lose over 1 pound a week (if I lose at all).

    I was stalled since July 1st until yesturday dropped 6 lbs, 233 lbs! YEEEHAWWW!!! 4 more lbs to go!
    What I want for Xmas is... an Onederland!!!

    This morning I was 167.2 (TOM) so I'm doing alright! I'm really trying to eat foods with low GI and good fiber and protein.

    Dalako...I didn't go overboard with the barbecue thank goodness. I had some kinda pork with some reallllllllly good rub on it that my mom made, a baked potato (at least without sour cream), a lil bit of macaroni and cheese..and I had some salad! Gosh it was goooood.

    Maybe my scale was not weighing right this morning. It said 284.0 right after getting up and going pee. Well I was getting ready to take a shower and weighed myself again..and it said 281.4. This was an hour and half or so later. Crazy huh? Which I knew some of the 2 pounds i gained over the weekend was water...but dang. LOL!

    Anyway...scat I think you're doing great at maintaining at your weight!! When at that weight it is soooo much harder to lose and so much easier to gain. You are doing super in my book!!

    ISOM...Please remember that you're a beautiful woman! Inside and out!! You can beat this...we're all here for you! We will do whatever it takes to get you back on track!!

    I'm stuck!!!!! I went back up five pounds for a day or so but then I got back down to 145. Due to a migraine I didnt get my Extra exercise this weekend - lol......I got some......just not that to which I am accustomed.....

    I am down to 215.5. I'm almost there. But I had the added advantage of just starting my phen at the same time this challenge started too. Keep up the good work!! and ISOM, you so can beat this. Don't let it get you down. Stay positive, stay focused and for goodness sake, put down the m&m's!

    I was down five...but had some really good barbecue yesterday. Soo I'm fluctuating back to 284. By tomorrow or so I should be back down to 282!
