Or!!! You know how cars have that nift tilt wheel thing! I can actually put my wheel all the way down to where my thighs are and still have ample room to steer my wheel. I love it! I drive a honda accord and I feel like I am in a race car with my wheel lowered!!! I no longer have trouble getting in and out of the car with my tilted wheel

I put my big hip against the soap holder in the shower and see how much the hip falls over it.....I have big hip rolls and they are the last to go...sounds stupid but it works for me....Can't use that as a gauge anymore when we move and there' s no soap holder coming out of the wall...bahahhhah

I had one happen this weekend, that rarely has happened to me in my life, because I've never been a little girl.

Having guy friends hug me and pick me up off the ground! I actually hate being picked up because I'm constantly afraid of hurting someone. But 2 of my guy friends picked me up off the ground hugging me this weekend. Was kind of a cool feeling.

Being able to put my foot (left leg only) up on the car seat, knee to chest, during road trips. I forgot about the towel thing til last night, when I used one of our smaller towels and it fit!! Putting on jeans, fresh out of the dryer. They are tight at first but within an hour, I can pull them off w/o unbuttoning them! BEING ABLE TO DRY MY CLOTES AGAIN AND HOPING THEY SHRINK!!! My legs no longer falling asleep when I sit cross legged!

Hearing the clang of my wedding rings hitting the grocery store floor because even though I moved it to my index finger, it was still too big.
Putting on shoes I bought two months ago that are now somehow too big.
Sneaking into my daughter's room and secretly trying on her clothes. Shhh!!!
Tucking in my shirt more often than not.

And hopefully soon: the difference in space and comfort when sitting in an airplane seat. I'll know for sure tomorrow!

I have a few things I do... one is the towels at the gym. They are teeny tiny and I know at one point in time (probably about 2 years ago) it would wrap all the way around and i could fold it over to make it stay, when i went back to the gym this year the towel had a huge gap and I thought that they bought new towels, but my friend who works there says that they are the same exact ones. There is also about a 10 pound margine where i'll start to get gross fat dimples on my booty, then when i lose a little weight they will just go away. Whenever i see the fat dimples I go "oh god, i better get serious about my diet again" haha. My big one too is being able to cross my legs and seeing my collarbone more pronounced

Not falling over and struggling to put on my underwear or jeans with out sitting down, buckling the straps on my shoes without having to hold my breath, and TMI but easily being able to reach around and wipe myself again without geting a cramp in my back(that's actually when I decided enough is enough I'm game for whatever it takes)...LOL Having trouble sleeping on my stomach because my hip bones are sticking out, oh, and your butt falling asleep while your just going pee or sitting on any hard surface...

I love that when I look down I can see my toes and not my bulging stomach. I have also noticed that my old bras are too big. I've started throwing them away. I even shared a seat with my two year old last night at a friends house. And this may seem funny but I'm sure others can relate. The front of my shirt, where my tummy used to stick out, stays clean now lol. I have noticed so many things and each day I notice more. I am so thrilled with my results so far (even though they are minimal compared to others) that it motivates me to say no to all the wrong foods and alcohol.

Seeing part of the seat (where my thighs are) when I sit in a chair!! Having to wrap the towel around me after a bath and there is extra. Borrowing my son's shirts. I could go on and on....

I cant believe i forgot about sitting with my knees to my chest! I always sit like that, and am right now, unless I am too heavy!

Fitting on chairs better too. Being able to see my toes w/o pushing my belly in while standing. I am sure there is more

i know what you mean about the bathtub. i could tell i had gained a lot of weight when i had to tell my kids they couldn't get in the bathtub with me...it was just too crowded. it was like an ocean wave when i would lay down lol. now, i fit in there much easier and my kids can get in with me with no problem.

i can also fit through spaces at the playground that i wouldn't have dared trying before....and swings. i can sit in a swing comfortably and not worry about shaking the whole swingset when i move!

i bought an electric razor scooter last week. i had looked at them in the past, but the weight limit was 220, and at the time i was 202 so i never got one cus i was afraid it wouldn't pull me. yesterday we went to the park and i was riding it. it was going so fast and i was comfortable knowing i was far away from the maximum weight limit! i hated knowing i was close to being over the limit on anything before. now, i don't have to worry about that!

LOL, I know exactly what you mean ElenaBeth.

    For me it's:
Being able to cross my legs again!
Sitting with my knees up to my chest! - (because my tummy isn't in the way)
Walking without my wrists brushing my hips!
Not fighting to get the last hook on my bra latched but actually using the middle hooks or heck even sometimes the furthest hooks!
    41 down 36 to go!

Default Quirky ways you measure your weightloss

I know I have some strange things that I notice when I have lost some weight besides the usual scale and clothing thing. One is the bathtub. I can tell by how I fit in there that I am losing. Or like when shaving....its easier to reach places as I get smaller I no longer have to tug on my nylons cuz they fit normal now. And my shirts all seem longer! LOL
