    Damn. I'm interested.
    I'm taking medication for my thyroid. Its a generic form of Synthroid. I haven't had any kind of side effects, but I would imagine you can easily check with your doctor first. As for meals, I cut down on my portion size. I probably cut my meal size in half. So, I usually eat my full meal, but its less than I would normall consume.

    Hi all! I’ve been using Sensa for 4 months. I am actually part of the company’s clinical trial. You are right, it makes you eat less. You just sprinkle the tastants on everything you eat. It doesn’t affect the taste of my food at all. So far, I’ve lost 35 pounds. (In the first 2 weeks, I lost 10 pounds.) I started gaining weight from an under active thyroid. Once I got on the right medication, I just couldn’t lose it. (And, I wasn’t eating well.) Plus, I just had a hard time getting motivated to do something about it. Like everyone, I was looking for a quick fix. I just needed something to get me going. Once I started dropping the weight, then I was motivated to start exercising again and started making better food choices. I think that will help me keep the weight off in the long-term when I am no longer on Sensa. I can’t tell you how much better I feel about myself. I have 3 more months to go in the study. My daughter is taking me shopping when it’s all over. I can’t wait!

    this is what i found when i googled it...

    Background:Want to lose weight but don’t want to give up your favorite food? The latest diet, “Sensa Sprinkle Diet” by Dr. Alan Hirsch may be the answer for you. In this diet, you will need Sensa shaker that consists of salt-like spray. There are two flavors for you to choose from: sweet and salty. The concept behind Sensa Sprinkle Diet is rather simple: just spray the Sensa sprinkle in everything you eat. You can sprinkle the sweet Sensa on sweet foods like yogurt, dessert and salt Sensa on other savory foods. The sprinkles trick your brain to think that you are full. As a result, you may lose weight as you are eating a lot less.

    Pro
    **No foods restriction;
    **Convenience: you don’t have to worry about calories and carbohydrates consumption;
    **No need to change your lifestyle, although healthy meals and exercise regime are recommended.

    Con
    **Not approved by FDA;
    **Expensive: $210 for six months supply;
    **The long term side effects and safety are not studied yet;
    If you stop Sensa Sprinkle Diet, it is unsure if you will gain all the weight back.
    Side effects of Sensa Sprinkle Diet:There are no drugs, stimulants and known side effects. However, you are advised to consult your physician should you have any concern.

    How long will you lose weight with Sensa Sprinkle Diet?
    According to Dr Hirsch, there’s no typical timeline. Most women took up to 3 months to observe any significant weight loss.
