I thought I replied to this but, dont see it. so here I go again.
I was working at a magazine plant and in the quality department.
Now I am studying to be a medical transcriptionist.
so, I can stay at home with my 13yr. grl., 8yr. by., and 10mnth grl.
I am worried and not going as fast because it is a whole new field for me.
But, the outcome will be worth it.

well I'm a mom of 2, a live in girlfriend to an overgrown child, and for my paycheck, I am a fleet manager. I oversee 55 truck drivers on a daily basis and make sure they all get where they need to be as well as get paid the correct amt because apparenlty, our payroll department has become nonexistent over the last 6 mths... Hate my job, love the company... Oh yeah, I'm also starting back up to college in about 2 weeks to become an IT specialist... My first passion in life.
Get thin and God Bless! Gina

I swear I'm trapped in that body somewhere!

    07/01 - 225 (first day on phen)
    07/05 - 219 (yeah!)
    07/14 - 215.5 (so close to 10 I can taste it!!)

You should not have let your certs lapse....now you're going to have to take your tests over..which one did you have? I want to take the Afaa test but don't ahve time to study for it.

I think people are getting smarter and know that you can be fit and not a size zero or look like a playboy model...still, there are ignorant people out there that want gym bunnies teaching the class for the full effect.
It was through NETA (it used to be NDEITA). Yes, I could outlast everyone and still go, but I just couldn't get over the weight thing. I even had one memeber ask me why I still had a "mommy badge" (that fat roll under the belly button) if I was teaching/working out 5 days a week. One day though....

I did it!! Reached goal and have been here for quite a while thanks to low carb eating and working out like crazy! Phen didn't work for me, but that isn't to say that there aren't other ways. God bless all of you!

Hope he's doing better, I was on vacation so not sure if you updated or not.
The hematologist at the hospital suggested he give himself heperin shots since he can't take coumadin and he said no way. He's too old to be giving himself shots in the stomach a couple of times each day....it isn't like the diabetic shots either, these are real syringes with big needles.....

He's not doing well at all.....recovery is going to be a long and slow process. He should have never went back on it after the first time he was hospitalized but they told us he had to othewise he would die.

I feel so bad for him. I've spoken to others online that lost loved ones bc of coumadin, most people don't have problems while on it, but others just can't take it, it is like rat poison. My poor dad falls into that category.

What milligram are you on? Alot of people take coumadin, but there are people like my dad that are super sensitive to it...he probably can't even take 1.0 without hemorraging. This is why there is a DNA test now to test people to see how sensitive they are to it....I'm angry that noone thought to order that test for him even when I asked after his first bleed. he wasn't managed properly, that's nto the coumadin's fault, just the ******* doctors......they wanted him to try it a third time and he said NO WAY, if I bleed again I'll die this time (he almost did the second time).

there will be a new anticoagulant out in a year or so, it is called Xarelto. I hope it is better.

I recently left my banking job of nine years to stay at home with my seven year old son since my husband is going back to Iraq. Staying home is definitely a gift, but I'm with the mom who wants to run away some days!!!

I'm a Stay-at-home/Work-at-home Mom. I have 2 beautiful boys, ages 19 mons and 5 years old. I'm a consultant to the financial industry, mainly Wall Street. Although I love the flexibility of working from home, I don't really get to leave my house most of the time. I'm either on the phone with a client, or with the kids...with no time to myself.

I am a trainer for a bank software co. I work for the Fraud product and train banks and new employees on how to use, train others and fix it when it breaks. Sounds geeky, but it is just enough (fun) travel and save for a few idiots, I really love the folks I work with. Decent money and getting to wear jeans, t shirts and flip flops to work is no joke!

I paid my time with 6 years as a banker (call center rep, CC supervisor, CC Trainer, Asst Branch Manager and Inside Sales Manager) BLAH!
