Thanks everyone! I detailed what I am doing for those of you who asked. It's below:
Every morning I take my pill, and drink 16 ounces of water. I wait an hour, then I eat.
I eat 1 cup of bran flakes, with 1/2 cup of skim milk (I add Splenda to them)
Morning snack of fat free pudding
Lunch I eat a salad, or some veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, etc.) dipped in FF ranch dressing (Ken's Steakhouse makes the best, IMO), or a low fat, low calories Healthy Choice soup
For afternoon snack I eat 1 container of Danon Light N' Fit yogurt
For dinner, I eat one protein (chicken or fish only), one veggie (like the ones listed above), and a side salad
About an hour after dinner, I have a sugar free, fat free popsicle
All day, I drink about 100 ounces of water.
I also work out at the gym for at least 30 minutes 4 times per week.
I stay away from bread, corn, potatoes, pasta, etc. So basically, I watch my carbs along with my calories and fat intake.
It has worked, I supplement with several vitamins.
What works for me, may not be ok for everyone else.

Now PLEASE DO SHARE...I'd love to know how to lose that many inches PLUS the weight in such a short time.
That is awsome I started phen on July 8th, and I have already lost 8lbs. I told my husband I thought the scale was wrong. Went to work and weighed myself sure enough it was right. Keep up what you are doing It sure is working.
I just started today... Any tips???
