I am so frustrated! I have cut my eating at least 3/4 of what I use to eat....yes I ate everything, favorite being brownies, cakes and cookies, but no long and I am still not losing!
So, I have decided to try to follow a program and think it will be South Beach.
Anyone on this program or has been and what are your thoughts. Is there a lot of food preparation and cooking? All your thoughts and suggestions would be helpful.
