    Nix the super carbs you most likely find at work.... avoid vending machines.... and drink out the water cooler like you stole a TV!

    Seriously... add more water. If you cant walk at home.... stair climb your way around work everywhere! Take the longest route possible, park in the very last spot .... every little step counts!

    TRY ADDING MORE CARBS TO YOUR DIET ,WHICH MEANS LITTLE TO NO BREADS,RICE ,CHIPS ECT.(BAD CARBS) AND MAYBE TRY WORKING OUT W/ A CARDIO DVD AND ADDING SOME LIGHT WEIGHTS. THIS HAS HELPED ME SO I HOPE IT HELPS YOU.

    Default suggestions please

    Alright. I just hit my 2mth mark and I go to the dr for my 2mth weigh in on Mon. In the first month I lost 21 lbs, my scale shows that I only lost 7 this month. My doctor told me in order to stay on it he wants me to loose 12 a month.

    Now here is where I would love some suggestions... I take 1/2 of the 37.5 phen a day, a multi vitamin, 1000 mg of B-12, and a very low blood pressure med. Any suggestions on other alternatives that I can take or do to help with loosing... I watch what I eat. On most nights I walk for 30-45 min. For the last week to 2 weeks I havent been able to much. I have been working from 7 am to 8pm or when i am not working its storming. I just dont know what else to do.. Please help..
