i always put it on random... and i start at level 10... i think it goes up to 15... and i walk @ 3.8mph cuz thats prac. joggin to me cuz i SHORT.. lol... i can start joggin @ 4.0 lol i love doing random cuz u "dont know whats commin" lol even though there is a pix of whats commin next... ur muscles dont know .. there we go! lol
and u burn SUPER cals by doing random i HEART it but i do eliptical random too... thatll kick ya bootay!
