Most likely it is water weight. You probably had eaten things higher in sodium than your usually eating. Water weight fluctuations happen. Drink a lot of water over the next week and you will see it will go away most likely.

Default What is going on? HELP!

So far, I have done pretty well. Then this weekend happened! This morning (the first day of week 4) I weighed 259! That is a gain of 5 lbs! I have been averaging about 1200 calories a day. I'll admit that I ate more than that on Friday and Saturday, but each day I didn't consume more than about 1800 calories. I did still keep track of my calories. Is it possible I gained 5 lbs virtually overnight? It is TOM but almost the end. I'll weigh tomorrow and let you know if this evens out any. I mean, 1800 calories if anything should just make my weight stay the same, not gain 5 lbs. What is really going on? I am freaking out. SERIOUSLY!
