I started at 171 and I am now 169. So it is a 2 pound weight loss for this month. Hopefully the weight loss will continue.
Well...I thought I was posting in the right place. I did it in the other thread. So... each Monday are we waiting for
dalako to start a new thread before we check in? Just wondered...wanna get this right! I am having some
trouble figuring out the ticker thing...hope its here when I post.
I weighed in and updated my ticker. I actually lost 2,5 pounds for the first week on the challenge. However,
my ticker shows a loss of 3 pounds...guess it will be rounding the numbers up(better than down I suppose)!

Staying steady at 166. Havent exercised for a few days...naughty naughty....quitting smoking too so have had a few "nibbles" of things I shouldnt have.
Okay, I weighed 205, lost to 202( so back to my original weight before TOM) and currently weight 200 pounds so I lost two pounds currently.

Checking in.....up 2 pounds but that's okay....it was well worth it for the holiday. I started at 250 but my weigh in this morning was 252 lbs.

i haven't lost jack the past few weeks, so this morning i was 170.2 which is UP from my lowest of 168.6, but down from yesterday. so i'll log in as 170.2 today and then see where i am next monday! my goal is to be 160 by the end of the challenge.

Down a pound and a half but I also am smack dab in the middle of TOM. I've had it for a full week now so I'm beyond frustrated! I have my official monthly weigh in with my Dr. on Tuesday but I think I'm going to be OK by then. My scale bounced between 190.5 and 188 and I started at 192.5 so at least it went in the right direction! I've been on a plateau for about a month and a half now so any movement is great!

Started challeng at: 221.8 - lost 3, gained 3.. so I am back where I started. Still waiting for TOM to make his dumb arse appearence!! NO LIBBY IT AIN'T A BABY!!!! LMAO!! (I laugh so hard when I think of you saying that... LOL) I know I won't drop any until he shows, and I am bloaty, crampy as h e l l!!! Let's not forget the pms, mix that with phen... very interesting!!! LOL I know TMI...
I haven't worked out since Thursday!!! BUT i have done 2 bike rides for 30 mins each.... just not my 'normal' workout. I love the muscles bike riding is giving my legs... but i need to get back to cardio and "FIGHT THE FAT"...
I've enjoyed my 4th of July weekend!!! LOL.. the hot dogs, ice cream cake, the cookies, the bar-b-que's... i think you get the picture! I didn't eat as much fruit or veggies.
I kind of took the attitude of "oh well, TOM's a coming, so Ima eating"...
Now, I get to stick to veggies, protein, water and little fruit! With kicking my arse back into submission!!!!
