    great job! it still takes me 1 hr to do 3 miles.
    now that im working again i have to find time in my schedule to exercise. I guess when i work the am shift i should wake up early and exercise.
    even though i have a gym membership, its something about walking that makes me feel sooo good

    YAY! Good for you! I am the same way. I would just sit around dreaming of losing weight. Now that I have finally gotten up and started exercising, it has made all the difference in the world. I walk 3 miles every day and boy do I feel good when I am finished! Way to go! 11lbs is awesome! Keep up the good work!

    6 lbs is a great start!!
    I started phen on 6/19, as far as eating I've been doing my own version of Weight Watchers, which is basically just a simplified way of counting calories. I have the WW books and the points slider, so I just eat the 24 points that I'm allowed each day. I try to get my water in every day and some sort of exercise.




    Highest Weight 196
    Lost 50lbs on Phentermine + WW
    Gained 15lbs 8/09-2/10
    Started HCG 2/19/10
    3/19/10 Down 20.6lbs
    Currently on Phase 3 of HCG Diet
    Staring Phase 2 again 4/9

    congrartulations on your success I see that you lost a good amount of weight already! What do you eat to maximize your progress I lost 6 pounds the first week.. I weigh in tomorrow and I dont think there has been anymore weight loss... I mean the 4th of July I did drink and indulge in grilled food but other than that I was hoping to have seen more weight loss... When did you start Phen?
