Yeah it helps with plateaus
I posted this on another thread--I was stuck for 6 weeks at 181#--on phen, watching calories, exercising, etc---nothing worked to break that plateau until I started eating raw, natural foods. I lost 5-6# in one week (TOM) and am still losing.
Yes, I did meat and eggs only for 5 days. Gained it right back even though I kept to low carb.
i havent done it but i've heard of it. U eat nothing but protein for 3-5 days. ZERO CARBS and 1,000 cals i think.

i read on a low carb site that one way to break a plateau is to eat meat for 3-5 days... anyone done this?
