Yup, i'm gong on vacaton at the end of the month and I want to feel bootylicious.....this is going to mean a strict diet and working out every day!
I did it!! Reached goal and have been here for quite a while thanks to low carb eating and working out like crazy! Phen didn't work for me, but that isn't to say that there aren't other ways. God bless all of you!

I am with ya! I want to lose as much as possible by July 24th! I am taking my kids to my moms in Florida. She has not seen me since January and I have lost about 20 since then. Since phen on 6/15 I have lost 12.4 so I am hoping in 18 more days I can score 10 more I am at that point where it wont show again til I lose another 10!
That is the day I return to work after being off for the summer. I really want to at least loose 5lbs or as close to 10lbs as possible. The reason, I want people to see a difference in me since June 12th. That was my last day of work from the school. So anyway....I haven't lost a pound since my last weigh-in which was June 16th. So frustrated, and my motivation is going down the tubes....I joined the Aug 1st challenge, however, I also set the July 28th personal challenge. Any suggestions to bump up my weightloss? I guess I can push myself a wee bit harder at water and exercise? Any suggestions?
