I bought the book. I don't eat fish, so some of the meals won't work for me. I plan on starting this after vacation. How are you guys doing on it so far?

I am going to pick up the magazine, but I have a question for anyone who has done this. I am reading online about carb-cycling, and it says a lot about body building. I don't want to build any more muscle. My trainer said I have a lot of lean muscle, and I don't need to build anymore. I just need to lose the fat srrounding it! Has anyone noticed a huge difference in their muscle mass? Thanks!
