I bought the book. I don't eat fish, so some of the meals won't work for me. I plan on starting this after vacation. How are you guys doing on it so far?

That SAMPLE is not for me ... I don't want to make shakes .. or rather I never have, so I'm ignorant on that stuff.

But I got the idea .. I started today.

Okay, I'm a little behind... what exactly is carb-cycling? Is it not eating carbs or eat certain carbs at certain times? Lots of little meals? Can someone give us a summary?
    SW: 307 LBS 9/16/10.
In 2008 I lost 91 pounds, but I've gained it all back... so here I am, at square one, but not for long.

I am going to pick up the magazine, but I have a question for anyone who has done this. I am reading online about carb-cycling, and it says a lot about body building. I don't want to build any more muscle. My trainer said I have a lot of lean muscle, and I don't need to build anymore. I just need to lose the fat srrounding it! Has anyone noticed a huge difference in their muscle mass? Thanks!

Thanks for the info. I'm gonna go pick up the mag. Thank goodness it's only $1.99.

I did try to find a website thinking they would have articles online but I could only find a subscription page. No additional info. Check your local grocery stores, thats where I always find it at.

    16 lbs in one week?
    O.o
Hell, I'd be okay with 6lbs in one week. I used to be a first fanatic (I must have been the only 15 year old kid buying first every single week). I admit, I was always addicted to their diet columns. lol

Might have to pick that up.

    Default Carb-Cycling

For those of you that were interested in Carb-Cycling .. there is an article in the July issue for "First" magazine.

Of course the cover says "Drop 16 LBS in 1 week"
