Sore knees??????

    Yes it's normal. When I just started exercising I had a burning pain in my legs. I had to go for an ultrasound to rule out blood cloths. Luckily everything was fine! My doctor told me that it's normal to have some pain in your legs and knees when you start to exercise!

    Default Sore knees??????

    this I my 4th day exercising, is it normal for my knees to be a little sore? i'm not over working myself or anything and they don't hurt or anything they are just a little sore and I know my body is adjusting to me working out for the 1st time in about a year and so I just wanted to know if this was normal and if anyone else that's just starting out had any problems with this as well.
