    sorry if i gave bad advice..but it works for me...i also eat more than 1200 calories a day also...but everyone's body is different and reacts to certain things in certain ways. it was my opinion and an opinion is neither right or wrong.

    I agree with Tan...I couple of days of stoppping phen doens't really do much for me..I have to stop for a few weeks...let it compltely get out of your ssytem...Yes, I'm hungry without it esp. during PMS but I know that I can't be on phen forever and have to learn to control myself without it.......I've gone a good month without it and i"m going to start again soon.......I hope when i go back on it it works good again because I also got to a standstill.....

    I think if you eat really low in the beginning it really is no harm done because eventualy you are going to eat more and it will all even out.

    The body does not actually go into starvatin until you are down to 6 percent body fat...most of us can't get to that unless we are in a famine or POW camp...(or heaven forbid really sick).
    I did it!! Reached goal and have been here for quite a while thanks to low carb eating and working out like crazy! Phen didn't work for me, but that isn't to say that there aren't other ways. God bless all of you!

    OK HERES THE THING, YOU NEED TO INCRESEASE YOUR CLALORIES. YOU EATING JUST ENOUGHT TO MAINTAIN YOUR WEIGHT. YOU SHOULD BE TAKING IN LIKE 12 OO CALORIES A DAY.

    OH NOW HERES THE OTHER THING. STOPPING PHEN FOR 2 DAYS REALLY DOES NOTHING. YOU HAVE A LEVEL BUILT UP IN YOUR BODY SO TWO DAYS IS NOTHING. SECOND IT TAKES ANY MEDICATION ABOUT SEVEN DAYS TO BUILD UP IN YOUR SYTEM ...

    SO EAT MORE MAKE SURE YOUR DRINKING WATER BECAUSE YOU DO RETAIN IT WHEN YOUR ON TOM, MAKE SURE YOUR GETTING YOUR CARDIO IN..

    Hey I did the same thing at first and got stuck at 110lbs. I started eating one small meal a day (vegetables, I don't eat meat) and all of a sudden the weight flew off me. Now I'm at 100lbs and a great weight for my height and of course, no, I don't take Phen any more.

    not the first day but the second day i ate a little more than i usually do..didn't gain anything though but that monday when i started back i was 2 pds lighter the next morning. i felt the same high from when i began.

    try upping your calories for about 3 days your scale should go down

    Yeah, I agree! You definately have to eat. You don't want your body to go in starvation mode.

    You need to increase your daily caloric intake. You need to have at least 1200 calories a day to be able to burn fat. It looks like you are only getting half of that. Try eating more and drinking more water.

    I'd like to know if she was hungry too....
    TOM is here right now and I am feeling SO useless on this diet because of it! I am leaving Friday for the lake for the weekend and I know I want to have a few beers and cook out. I may take a weekend off then start Monday with a clean slate.....

    Hi..I too started off great with the loss then went to a stand still. I stopped taking phen for about two days and then started again and now the scale is moving again. yeah! Don't know if it will work for you hope so and good luck that's my advice.

    I'm already taking the 37.5 dose once day. My doctor offers shots too and I was wondering if that would help.

    Lightbulb No loss in 9 days...

    So here's the scoop...I haven't lost any weight in 9 days. For the first time in 15 days I'm actually not having to wear a tampon! I know that was tmi but I am ecstatic. I think TOM is really going away this time. I haven't gained any but one would think I would have at least lost a pound by now. I'm thinking that I am stuck and I'm not sure what to do.

    I'll just be totally honest, I did not eat very much at all when I started Phen. Ok, I'll really be honest, I still don't eat much now. I may get 600-800 calories a day, if that. I've been on Phen for 22 days and I've lost 17 pounds. Now don't get me wrong, I'm happy about that but it sounded much better when I had lost 17 in 13 days instead of 17 in 22 days. I am wondering if my body just adjusted to so little calories that it's working on that and when I eat more it makes me maintain where I am? Help because I need a jump start or something!
