    Go to shapefit.com this site has every exercise you would ever neeed for your whole body and specifies each body part with video demos as well. This is an excellent site and for real all the info you would ever need for weight loss.

    Lunges and Squats(while holding 2-5 pound weights)...

    4/17/08 (size 18/20 pants and XXL shirts): 220 (Started Phen)
    4/17/08-5/17/08 (1st month lost 18 pounds) 202
    5/17/08-6/17/08 (2nd Month lost 8.4 pounds) 193.6
    6/17/08- 7/17/08 (3rd Month lost 7.6 ponds) 186
    7/17/08- 8/17/08:184 (No Phen)
    8/17/08-9/17/08: 182 (No Phen)
    9/17/08-11/17/08: 185 (No Phen)
    (Now~Size 13/14 pants and L shirts)

    Just take out the spaces between the ? and muscle. I didn't look specifically for inner thigh exercises, but there's bound to be something. Let me know if you find anything on there that tells you how to get rid of inner thigh jowls due to loose skin. LOL

    Thank you Beached! I will try that! I need to lose about 10lbs off of each my thighs or at least tone them up!

    Call Suzanne Somers and get yourself a Thigh Master! Lol, sorry. But the exercises that BeachedWhale mentioned are pretty effective.

    lay on your side, legs straight. bend top leg so that your foot is is flat infront of your bottonm leg's knee. Do leg lifts with the bottom leg. up-down-up-down. Then switch legs. Then switch back and do it again except, leg lifts up-up-up-down. Feel the burn baby. Make sure you stretch out your heel. no cheating.

    Thank you for the input! I do not have cable but I think I will get some DVD's when I can afford them! I will try the excersie ball tonight!

    i do excercise from on demand on comcast which is my cable network! i dont know if you have comcast or not but there is a lady named Leslie Sansone! She is great I do her 1 mile walk and so far I have enjoyed myself she also has a thigh toning DVD which is my next stop! I would reccomend her to anyone you actually have fun doing it. If you dont have comcast you could by the DVD's from Walmart. You coulkd also go to youtube and look for thigh excercises with your excercise ball.

    lay on your back and pick the ball up with your legs ,..squeeze your legs together, try and squeeze that ball.....you will feel the adductor muscles working...squeeze squeeze squeeze..there are other exercises but I can't describe them here, i'd have to show you which i cant! lol

    Smile Inner Thighs

    Hi, Ladies! Does anyone know some good exercises you can do at home for your inner thighs? I have an excercise ball and a very basic gym where I live. Any ideas?
