    I have been this way as well for the past month, and i was like you if i remembered to take my phen then i took it if not oh well... Well the other night i measured and weighed my self, inch wise it was amazing i lost 13.5 but weight wise i was back to 205 and i said enough was enough and now i can honestly say i am back on it again... My excuse i can think of a lot of them but none that was more important than me looseing this awful weight that i had accumalated......
    Good Luck Stacey, things will get better i think that a lot of times our bodies get tired of dieting and we get tired... but it will be better....

    I'd be diagnosed Narcoleptic (sp*) before Diabetic lol I have been tested often and I do actually have decent blood sugars. 89 being my lowest and 101 highest. My Father however is diabetic and I can rightfully assume I will have it too.. one day. Yippie! I am just over stressed and I think the day in the theater I had finally had enough.

    Girl, have you been checked for diabetes/pre-diabetes? cause thats what that falling asleep in the theater sounds like. When I carbo-load all i want to do is sleep.     YAY! I made it through yesterday. I didn't even snake between meals. Phen was on my side!

    I made Taco's for dinner and while everyone else had tortillas, I did NOT. I had me a taco salad.

    This morning I work at 11 am. Normally I would stay in bed as long as I could but I got up, took the boys to Summer School and now I am having breakfast.

    1 pt. Whole Wheat English Muffin, with 1 pt. WW Cream Cheese, Yoplait Fat Free Yogurt and 8 oz. of pineapple juice. Now all I need to do is SPIN... where do I get the motivation for that???

    Have a great day loves! I am feelin better... Can't wait til this is routine again!

    you get phen from a dr or clinic so they direct you on how they want you to use it. There is info under phen info on the homepage.

    Awe chica! I am soooo glad that you feel like crap right now, and I mean that in the nicest of nice ways! If you didn't feel crapy you may not be where you are mentally today! So you did good today so lets keep it up now. Take that pill, plan your lunch and drink your water like there is no tomorrow cuz being on track feels so good!

    On a side note....I also ate way to much today. Made turley BLT"s and ate 2! I absolutely feel like a stuffed marshmallow right now. It physically hurts! So, see we all do it sometimes!

    I've been doing the same thing. Making up excuse after excuse. My biggest one is " oh I will just diet really good the next day , so it's ok to cheat and be lazy today"
    and then....the next day.... I use THE SAME EXCUSE, which leads to like an extra 10lbs in two weeks and then I have to work 6x as hard to get it back off......

    Wish i could ask the dentist to pull my sweet tooth
    Weight in 2003 : 190lbs
    After 10 months of phentermine : 137lbs
    After college ( lots of stress and fast food) : 164lbs
    7/9/08: 139.6 FINALLY THE SCALE IS MOVING stopping phen ( medical reasons)

    When I eat Junk ... all I want to do is sleep. It's amazing how we can go back to the negative food that gives us such horrible feelings, again and again.

    Whew! So lunch is over and I did quite well. AND Phen has been taken. I took it about 2 hours after breakfast. *crosses fingers* Let's hope I do good for dinner!

    Hey stacey love! I miss you around here posting! I'm so glad you're getting into the swing of things again! I know exactly what you're talking about feeling like junk! When I eat something super bad I get a headache, feel like puking, get heartburn, and sometimes poop..but not always.

    Sorry for all of the stress you have been dealing with...I have read many other post about Phen not working for people under stress...as far as taking your Phen make it an association thing...Brush your teeth in the morning= take your phen... You do brush every morning dont you?? LOL J/K!! Hang in there!!

    Chonies? never heard of that before......

    Anyway girl i know exactly how you feel...after we eat well for aw hile and then we eat something like that our body reacts...its like HELL NAW! What you do that fer!!!!!!!???!!!! So you feel sickly and really gross.....I was like that when i ate low carb for a few years, then I went to casino and had carbs galore , it took me two days to recover..I was immediately SUPER BLOATED......and sickly........

    SO girl you did it, its over and you are turning a new leaf...you know a wise woman I knew that lost over 100 lbs once told me that she started over many many times during her weight loss journey.......we fail, we are human and it is inevitable...however failing and getting back ont eh wagon is alot different than giving up totally.........................................

    You can do this!

    I am glad that you are focused and ready to move on in your weigh loss endeavor! You have done so well and I know you would not want to gain ANY of it back. I have only had thoughts of raiding a candy store - burger joint, etc., but know that it took 13 years to put it on, so it is going to take quite a bit of time to take it off. Some are luckier than others and lose to quickly - but mine seems to be very slow going. But that's okay - for health reasons (I used to have heartburn like you but every night and couldn't sleep and very high cholesterol) I need to change my lifestyle and eating habits. I won't back down - and I hope you won't either! Good luck.

    Default Here are my EXCUSES

    Oh man, I am gonna be real honest here. For the past 6 weeks I have taken my Phen whenever I "remember" or "feel like it." My excuses? Vacation, stress, My Daddy and finally my ill Uncle. Who sadly, passed. But what is all of this? EXCUSES!

    So yesterday, I took my Kiddos to see Wall E. Good movie... (for what I was awake for) I FELL ASLEEP IN THE THEATER! Omg!!! But it was AFTER I ate half a BIG ole bag of buttery, salty popcorn. But thanks to that Popcorn, I am more than ready to kick myself in the A S S and eat right from now on. Ladies, that popcorn about killed me. I felt HORRIBLE!!!! Seriously, we live 40 miles from the theater. So when we got home, I stripped down to my chonies, got into bed and passed out. I felt HORRIBLE still. So at 1:30 am I woke with the WORST heart burn EVER!!! I literally downed atleast 10 Tums and drank some water. I slept til 6:15 this morning and am at work now, but I still feel like CRAP! So I ate a yogurt, Nutrigrain bar and some water. Drinking a cup of Coffee now... and by god I brought my lunch to work. I will not give in to junk because it makes me feel like junk.

    Has this happened to anyone else??? I swear this was the final straw. I told my Fiance, DO NOT LET ME EAT JUNK! It's literally killing my insides... You'd think I would of atleast Pooped... Nope not yet!
