    Ok i know i haven't checked in a while a long while.. I fell off the wagon big time.... Phen got to where it wouldn't work for me as well and i started pigging out....
    When i started this i was at 199.4 and I gained almost 7 pounds since the 23rd of may thats when i quit taking it. Yesterday i went to a new dr and I wieighed at 206 this morning i am happy to say that i am at 205.4 hey every little bit counts. This new doctor changed my medicine and I am so like hopeing it does what it is suppose to LOL.... He said i should not have any problems looseing at least 10 pounds by August 3 thats my weigh in.... Wish me luck. I know its not Aug 1 but the 3rd works for me....

    There is no way I am going to make this challenge! Unfortunately, with this illness, I haven't been able to exercise in over a week! I will have to jump on board with the September challenge . . . if someone starts one!!!

    I didn't lose anything this week Still weighed the same.
    I am PMSing though, and I tend to retain water during this time.
    So I hope after TOM, I'll be down.
    At least I didn't gain!

    Not to 10 pounds yet. But I weigh 196 so I'm getting close since my starting weight was 202 when I joined. 5 pounds gone and 5 more to go. 7 more pounds until I'm in the 180's. yay

    I started phen again about 25 days ago! I have only lost 5 lbs.

    last time i took it the weight came of faster? I am doing sometiing wrong or is it just not working this time?

    OH...AND....I am in my 14s, I had to pull them out of the back of the closet...I haven't seen those in 2 years, since before my back surgery. THAT is worth mentioning because it was such a good feeling...AND they are a bit loose. 12's here I come (can anyone say shopping spree?)

    And my daughter has lost 11 lbs...she isn't on Phen but she has started the low carb thing and it's working for her.
    Wearing these white jeans today...12/28/09..but man are they TIGHT!!

    205.5 - I have 2.5 to go. WAHOO. I said this in the other thread but I will repeat it, I had to run a fair last week and the cotton candy and footlong hot dogs were calling my name. I cheated a bit (What can you say when the open class manager asks you to judge the apple pie contest???lol and the vendors throw food at you left and right...it's hell for a dieter) anyhow, I came back a half pound lighter and I owe it to this challenge. So THANKS you guys!!

    i think i'm officially out of my rut! after not losing for about 3 weeks and hanging around 170.....i woke up this morning to see 168.2! whoo hoo! that's enough motivation to keep me eating like a saint today. i haven't seen these numbers in yeeeears. i'm so glad dalako started this challenge cus last night i was really thinking about it when i wanted to eat something i shouldn't. i was thinking, " i don't want to go another 3 weeks with no progress to post!" so, it's helping!

    I've lost 4.5 lbs since we started this. 5.5 to go baby!! I'm excited, this is VERY motivating. If I make the 10 I'm going to see how much farther I can go. If a bunch of us make it to the 10 lb mark before August 1st (and I know we will because we are being good...lol) we should continue and see just how much we CAN lose in a month. That way we don't hit the 10lbs gone and think "Gosh a big mac sounds good."

    Soooooooooooooooo, Anybody up for a mini challenge within a challenge??

    Okay, time for that first check in while on the August 1st challenge.

    Eventhough I started a day late, I worked very hard at watching what I ate and keeping a log of my calories.

    This is perfect for me. I did so well during the school year, being involved in our "biggest loser challenge".

    But since I have been off for the summer break, I seemed to have slacked off a bit. I think that it is necessary

    for me to have somewhere to check in/weigh in and be accountable. This is going to help me achieve my end

    goal of 50 pounds. So, working on a 10 pound challenge at a time... here I go, first one is off to a great start!

    I have updated my ticker, however it is a bit misleading...it is showing a 3 pound loss for me when I have

    actually lost only 2.5 pounds. Guess it rounds up! None the less...I am excited that the scales is once again

    moving!!!! Thanks for starting this thread and thank you all for being here and sharing!!!
