    I have used both and they both work well. Core is much easier in that you don't have to keep track of everything, you know what you can and can't eat and as long as you stick to that list you are all good. Flex does allow you to eat the sweets and carbs that Core might not, but you have to know the nutritional content of everyhing and figure out the points value and write it all down est.
    In short, they both have their benefits, you have to do the one that best suits you and your lifestyle.

    when I did ww I did the points , I could plan my meal for the entire day and not have to stress. I liked the points

    I tried flex....but couldn't stick to it any better then any other plan. I thinks it's good and whatever works for you you should stick to. I just cant' stay away from sweets and no diet allows unlimited sweets. lol

    Default Weight Watchers (flex or core)?

    I told my doc that I had been doing weight watchers the flex plan. He advised that I not count calories and to do the core. I need structure so I am sticking with the flex plan.

    Which plan do you use and how has it worked out with the use of phen?

    218 ** July 23rd (14lbs)
