    Holy Crap what isn't my temptation food!! I love any type of pasta (oh how I miss olive garden), Cake with YUMMY frosting (i would take the end piece, and the frosting left behind, and on the tray with some cake... lol so bad)...Cupcakes (with frosting) ICE CREAM, Alcohol.... I guess anything that isn't fruits and veggies!! LMAO!!!
    They still taste great to me, I am learning to control myself & discipline myself instead of eatting everything but 1 piece. It used to be that I would eat and eat until I "FELT' like i would explode... now I allow myself to eat those things but nothing more than the size of my fist!!! That way i don't tell myself 'NO'... I just tell myself 'PORTION CONTROL'.... it's a life style for me. I know if i do it this way, It will be easier to 'stick' to once I am off of phen...
    GREAT... NOW I AM HUNGRY!! just kidding..... LOL

    I absolutely love Mexican food. But my ultimate weakness is Dove milk chocolate. Blame my husband-he brought some home for me during my last pregnancy! Now I eat some almost every day! :nosh:

    Mine is the Mexican food....so so good and so so bad! I love tortilla and I actually found some made by La Tortilla Factory - Smart and Delicous. They only have 2 carbs per tortilla!!!

    i'm with you on this. Carbs!!! I love and can't have em! My fav is the suddenly salad ranch bacon pasta salad. I can eat an entire box by myself without even thinking about it. mmmmm makes me fat and happy just thinking about it!

    Cake and ice-cream. I won't eat one without the other. Or brownies and ice-cream with nuts and caramel sauce..mmmmhh. I love sweets cakes,cookies, i have a major sweet tooth. I still eat them but 1 time per week usually on a sunday i'll have the ice-cream with cake or a brownie combo then 1 cookie a week.

    Starbucks Coffee Almond Fudge Ice Cream. (250 calories per serving), but that wasn't the worst part of it, the bad thing is that the quart (the container) has 8 servings!!! And there were times I used to sit and watch a movie at home and eat the whole thing!!

    well i went to a 4yr college during my first semester and they had THE BEST cafeteria. It had KFC for cryin out loud lmao so I would always go there. Or b4 my 9am class I'd stop by the snack cart in the building and get CHOCOLATE MUFFINS omg can we say 400 calories?? Lol but since I transferred schools i dont have the distraction of those muffins any more lol.

    Let's see... I don't knowif I have anything that I don't want anymore. However, there are things that i eat far less of and it doesn't bother me. I used to crave chocolate (especially M&Ms) a lot. Now I have something once and awhile, but I count it ino my daily calories and I don't feel the need to shovel it in. For example, I am going to see Wall-e tomorrow with my hubby and a couple of friends and I already know that I will be having a small box of milk duds during the movie, so I will cut the rest of the calories for my day down. I think that is probably the biggest thing. It is a lot easier to say no now. I love it!

    Lightbulb What's your food temptation?

    Someone asked me today how I was losing weight, if I had just cut back or cut out certain things and I started thinking. The things that were the biggest temptations before are just not appealing at all to me anymore. I used to love birthday cake, I'm talking we were best buddies. My friend got me a cake for my birthday and I didn't eat one bite, one slice, or even taste of it. It seems so funny that before I would have eaten tons of it and now I can say no and it's not even really a struggle to do so. I just simply don't want it. I don't know if it's the Phen or the fact that I am finally ready to be thin again. I am just amazed at the changes that I am making and it feels great. I feel like I am in charge now.

    So, what's your food temptation?
