I agree. I know it is frustrating, but stick with it. The weight will come off. The entire month of February, I lost 2lbs. Initially, I was very upset any loss is a loss. Keep going. YOU CAN DO THIS!!

My hoover does a wonderful tango! lol - my boyfriend thinks I am possessed but I dont care what he thinks anyway!!!!

Eating right may not be eating right....low calorie can still be high in fat or sugar. Make sure you watch those AND drink WATER, WATER, WATER!!!

You can try adding an OMEGA-3 or Fish Oil (same stuff) pill to your day 1000mg. They are good for you all around and help boost metabolism and as especially good for buring belly fat.

The longer I am on the Phen I notice the easier it is for me to drink plain water cause I have cotten mouth all the time.

In the beginning I was having a hard time cause I am a pepsi junky! I drank 4C ice tea - no calories, carbs, sugar etc

    DONT GIVE UP!

I will try the Fish Oil - I know I have some of those at home. My diet has been very low carb - high protein and I think 2x I had a swiss roll that my son had in the freezer! I thought that was pretty good for 7 weeks on this diet! Otherwise - I have not had any coffee, soda, candy bars, etc. Thanks for the input!

How many calories are you eating daily? How about carbs? Sometimes if you kick it low carb kinda hard core for about a week, it will get you off a plateau. Are you bloated or constipated? My weight fluctuates day to day depending on if I've had a BM, or if I'd eaten something heavy the day before or if I am bloated. Don't give up! You can get through this! Lots of us have hit plateaus, but got over them eventually!
    My diet is basically:

Whey protein shake in the morning or 1 to 2 cups of fruit
Protein bar if needed for snack in the a.m.
Soup or soup/salad combo for lunch
Meat (usually chicken or beef) and vegees for dinner

I stay at the 1100 to 1200 calorie mark daily

I also do Curves 3 to 4x per week and swim 4x per week as well. I try to change up the exercise with going walking on a hilly road occasionally just to be different.

Sorry you're having this feeling, but I know exactly how you feel. I gave up almost 3 weeks ago. I was doing everything you were...eating right/counting calories/exercising 3x a day/drinking lots of tea(hate plain water), and nothing. The scale won't move no matter what. I have barely exercised in the last 3 weeks.

Don't give up like I did. Maybe change what you eat(add calories a few days), change your exercise up. I know, I need to take my own advice and start exercising again... Good luck!

Default READY TO GIVE UP! HELP!

I am so ready to just give up with this journey as well. I lost 11 lbs the first month and was weighed by the dr on June 12 @ 208. Since then - I have only lost 2 lbs. I was 205.2 yesterday and actually felt good that the scale moved - then got on this morning and it said 206.2! I am so frustrated with this whole thing! I eat right - exercise - drink tons of water - and just don't seem to get anywhere. The dr said I should lose between 8 and 10 lbs by my second visit which is scheduled for July 11. I don't see how I will make it! HELP!!
