Exactly, Katie! I hate it when I slip up, but it's not a daily occurance anymore. And once I get to my goal weight I feel confident that maintance will be so easy because I'll be allowed a few slip-ups here and there. But knowing that we're used to healthy eating and knowing how good it feels is such a motivator!!
We all do that...I think you have to every once in a while so you remember how good it is to eat healthy. At least you don't eat that everyday. I used to eat fast food everyday, so if I slip up, I just tell myself at least it's not daily anymore.
I think I ate it because I felt more in control and I was eating it because I wanted to instead of some crazy compulsion.
lol, aint that the truth!!! whenever you eat crappy food... it tastes OK going in and then sits in your stomach like a nasty bile lump! ughhhh....so why do we do it...lol

So tonight I ate a burrito. I'm not sure why but I did. How did it feel to eat junk again? I feel so sick it isn't funny. I feel bloated like a whale and I want to puke. It goes to show you how eating good really does make your body feel better. I feel way better since I have been eating healthy and not overeating. I proved a point to myself...I don't miss or need junk in my body!
