    Raquel, come to my house and do that for me..lol I can barely get through daily, let alone weekly!!! But that is great that you can do that!!!

    Please don't start the day out mentioning Fiber One bars. I want one sooo bad yesterday, but decided against buying anymore for now.

    I am sticking to a strict low carb plan for at least a week I have 2.7lbs to go 'til Onderland.

    I wanted a protien breakfast ...,hence the boiled eggs. So this morning, I get a Fiber One bar out for my husband and then one for me. Just habit. Opened mine, I laid it on the counter and dashed down the hall to investigate what my offspring wanted to show me. A couple minutes later, I go back to get it and my other boy was eating it. LOL

    Chicken salad: shredded chicken, grapes, nuts, a dab of mustard, a bit of mayo.
    That's the only thing low carb my brain can come up with right now.
    I prep for the week ahead,too. It makes choices a lot easier when something is already there because I will take the lazier way almost every time. LOL

    Manda - I need to go to the grocery store and stock back up on my South beach and Smart ones - it's just been a lazy Sunday.
    Not to mention fresh produce.

    The one thing I forgot that I didn't make but need to is Broccoli salad - I can eat on that all week & the boys love it as well.

    I do that! I have my precut fruit in the fride, nectarines ripening in the window and bananas on the counter, all in my face and ready to grab if I'm hungry. I grilled chicken today in my rocket grill (AWESOME!) and I did some italian and some not. I put that up as well as some veggie marinara. I also grilled some smoked sausage and diced it up. Gonna do somthing cajun.....Glad I grilled instead of fried! I have the freezer stocked w/ lean cuisines and lean pockets for lunches too!

    I will usually cook up some ground turkey too for spaghetti or chili but I didn't have any this week. But I think I am ready for the first few days anyways!

    my new addiction in the michellinas(spelling?) lean frozen dinners $0.69-$0.95 a piece and seriously they taste amazing and i typically hate frozen food, i don't even like frozen vegatables. they make it super easy to moniter portion control and calories.

    I always did that when low carbing...it was easier not to cave into something bad LOL Now I just do lean cuisines, etc. Til I get used to portion sizes and stuff, I dont trust myself.

    no i dont plan out my foods during the week, but i definitely should start,especially when i start school again in the fall. ur list gave me some ideas for snack during the week yayy ! thanks raquel

    Default Sunday prep

    I've boiled eggs.
    Made chicken salad
    Pickle roll ups
    a big ole salad
    had my husband grill a few extra burgers and I put up.
    And made a plate of turkey roll-ups.

    I'm prep'n for my food during the upcoming week - any one else do this?
    I ask because I want some new ideas.

    And, my husband get's to work at corporate all this upcoming week which means he'll be home in the evenings, freak'n YAY!
    So besides the obvious perks ... I'll also be able to get in extra walks, either early morning or in the evenings because he'll be able to be here with the boys.
