    Thank you for replying back and for your help. I started having shortness of breath on Friday and stopped taking Phen until I see him on Wednesday. Maybe it was too strong a dose. I'll let you know what he says. Thank You.

    I gained some weight around TOM and have you incorporated weights in diet? if you have don't forget that muscle weighs more that fat! Just keep doing what you are doing and those 4lbs will be lost...Congrats on your lost!!!! Hang in there!

    I've heard that it takes time for our bodies to adjust to a new "set point"-- so you may lose some, gain some, and fluctuate for a bit while your body adjusts... then you'll notice the weight loss pick up again. Gotta keep up with the good eating habits, exercise, and water though if you want to kick it back into gear.

    What are you eating in a day?

    Make sure and drink a TON of water
    Try and get 30 mins of excercise daily
    Watch salt as it will cause bloat and weight gain
    Take a mild stool softener if you are constipated b/c that can cause weight gain.
    Make sure and eat lots of fruit and veg with lean protiens (chicken, fish, etc..)
    Make sure and get at least one serving of dairy a day.

    Those are my tips!

    whats a typical day for u? like what foods do u eat..do u snack a lot? It might be you are eating too big of portions..or u are not eating enough

I started Phentermine on June 4th and lost 5 lbs. the first week, 5 lbs. the second week and then somehow gained 4 lbs. my third week and I don't know how!!!????? I am also getting Vitamin B shots once a week. Can anyone give me some meal ideas? I don't eat a lot, gain weight by looking at food, don't drink soda's, I really need some help. I really have no idea how to eat to lose. What am I missing?
