you can make a ww dessert by putting 1 TBS cool whip between 2 chocolate graham crackers and freezing them. Taste just like a ice cream sandwich. 2 pts. I also eat Edy's half the fat ice cream, in a cone... 1/2 cup and a cone is about 3 points.

i always go for an ice cream sandwich when i want ice cream. not a low fat one or anything.....a regular one has like 4 grams of fat and 150 calories......that's nothing for ice cream.

This is what I do. I dug out my girls little cups the smallest we have and I allow myself 1 small scoop of icecream and 2 oreo's. That is it and not more. I allow myself 2 splurge desserts a week in moderation. Another thing I eat is the 'no sugar added' fudgescicles. They only have 40 calories and that's helps me with my chocolate craze!

Stacyrella, what a great idea. I never thought of it. I just have one thing. Don't waste your money on the "plus" if you're going to freeze it. Freezing yogurt kills all the healthy enzymes and bacteria, so says a nutritionist friend of mine. Stick with the regular it's cheaper...LOL
I freeze the Dannon Lite (vanilla) it's got the lowest carbs and does taste better when frozen.

Ooh, you know what I bet would be good? Take a banana, slice it up, then slice up some strawberries, mix in yogurt and FF cool whip and freeze. I bet that would taste yummy.
yep...i do that too and love it. Another membe told me about freezing fat free cool whip. It is soooo good. I take 1 scoop of cool whip and add some defrosted frozen strawberries on top and it is just like a sundae! Deeee-lish!
I like frozen bananas! I haven't had one in a long time... I'm trying to low carb it these days. Just peel a 'nanner, wrap it in a piece of foil or parchment paper, freeze, and YUM! Low calorie treat! I've never tried the yogurt though. I'll definitely do that when I start adding carbs back into my life. (*sigh*)
Ok guys, my Weight Watcher's instructor gave me this GREAT idea and I tried it before I passed it along to you. lol Some of you may have tried this. You may or may not like it.. BUT I believe it is going to be a LIFESAVER for me.
She told me to freeze yogurt. I buy the Fat Free Yoplait. I also buy the Y Plus Digestive Health. I froze one and it was just like eating ice cream.. YUMMY!
If you eat yogurt, Try it. Let me know if ya like it.
