    I am doing WW on line. I had lost 25 lbs on my own doing WW before taking Phen. Due to surgery I am not very active right now, that is mainly why I am on Phen, but plan to do it on my own again after total recovery.
    I like WW cause it allows you to eat what you want, but teaches you too eat right.. I keep up with my water, veggies and milk and exercise and such. I personally just find it easier.

    I rotate between low fat and low carb. I exercise daily a couple of times per day. My calories adjust daily because I listen to my body alot now. Here is a sample day for me just to give you an idea.

    Breakfast: low fat waffles, skim milk and berries

    Snack: yogurt, rice cake

    Lunch: Turkey sandwich on light bread and fat free pringles

    Snack- 19 jelly beans or maybe some almonds or protein bar (depends on my mood)

    Dinner: Ham Sandwich and some fat free chips, skinny cow ice cream

    I really dont like veggies but I throw them in when Im in the mood, cucumbers, baby carrots, cherry tomatoes usually, just to get it over with.

    I drink 100 oz's of water a day, I eat every 2.5- 3 hours ( lean meats (chicken, fish and turkey products), veggies and fruits. I take Vitamins B6, E and C daily. If I have a "sweet tooth" I eat the 100 calorie oreo or chocolate chip cookie pack, 1 scoop of soft churned Ely's ice cream (half the calories) or a oatmeal raisin garnola bar. Low Carbs and Portion Control!

    4/17/08 (size 18/20 pants and XXL shirts): 220 (Started Phen)
    4/17/08-5/17/08 (1st month lost 18 pounds) 202
    5/17/08-6/17/08 (2nd Month lost 8.4 pounds) 193.6
    6/17/08- 7/17/08 (3rd Month lost 7.6 ponds) 186
    7/17/08- 8/17/08:184 (No Phen)
    8/17/08-9/17/08: 182 (No Phen)
    9/17/08-11/17/08: 185 (No Phen)
    (Now~Size 13/14 pants and L shirts)

    I am doing high protien/fiber, low cal/sugar and keeping under 1200/day.

    I do low carb sometimes if I hit a plateu to get me moving again, but OOF, when I go whole hog on it, I feel like I sweat meat! Seriously! Not to mention having a BM is IMPOSSIBLE when I do it.

    I'm with Jsmom. I do my own Weight Watchers. I've been looking into low carb though. After I had my son, I did Atkins and lost a lot of weight, fast!

    Those of you on low carb- Is it Atkins, or what is the difference? I remember eating bacon, steak, cheese, etc. I loved it!

    I go between low carb and a 1200 calorie low fat diet. I seem to have way more results when i am on the low carb diet but i can't stay on it for longer than 7-10 days because i start feeling sick and i find i don't have the energy to do anything. When i am on low carb i still stick to lean meats, and lower fat items .

    I am still on the "Quit being a baby and stay away from the fridge diet!" Trying to eat 1200 or less calories a day. Lean cuisines are my new friend!

    I'm trying to do low carb. Having a really hard time ( too much food at work and eating out). If it's still there I think there was a quiz on ediets that told you what the best diet for you would be. It charged to actually go on the diet but I believe the quiz was free. Weight watchers is really good.

    i'm on the stress diet....
    I did it!! Reached goal and have been here for quite a while thanks to low carb eating and working out like crazy! Phen didn't work for me, but that isn't to say that there aren't other ways. God bless all of you!

    I eat between 1,200 - 1,500 calories a day.

    This is what i get in per day:
    1) 4 cups of fresh veggies
    2) 3 servings fruit
    3) 3 servings of concentrated protein (egg, fish, chicken)
    4) 1 serving of nuts or legumes
    5) 1 serving of dairy (yogurt or cottage cheese)
    6) 1 soy protein shake or nanogreens (this is a powder that has fruits & veggies to the power of 10...if you dont get enough in)
    7) 1 tbsp of olive oil/ avocado/ mayo
    8)1-2 servings of whole grains

    I am counting calories. 1200 to 1500 a day. I don't eliminate anything completely, I just eat more healthier stuff and less not so healthy stuff to make up my calories for the day.

    I'm a high fiber, high protein, low carb kinda gal. It isn't as hard to keep up with three different things as you may think. I just switched from white bread (I HATE wheat) to whole grain white, bologna to turkey, chips to peanuts, etc. Just start finding substitutions for foods you already like to eat... start with simple things and build up from there... before you know it, you'll be eating a lot healthier than you were.

    not on phen, but i'm doing low cal and low fat. no more than 1200 calories and no more than 25 fat grams. that's the goal, anyway. it's worked like a charm until the past two weeks i've fallen off! .........i've tried every diet known to man and then made up a few.......and until i started watching fat grams nothing has worked.

    I am having a tough time on finding the right diet for me.
    So, my question is, what is everyone else doing besides phen eating wise? I've seen some amazing transformations lately!
