Hey I had hit a 6 wk plateau... I tried EVERYTHING I could think of:

You name it i tried it. The only thing that got the scale moving again was the "6wk mini makeover" its very similar to the Atkins induction phase. It worked for me. I was told that even something as little as changing your food, if you've been eating the same things, will help. Same with changing up your exercise routine.
