    Also, a friend told me to look into Soy Protein instead of Whey protein.
    Haven't looked into it though....

    WOW! Looking good - great progress!

    Over the past 2 weeks, I've incorporated whey protein and a multi-vitamin shake in the mornings before my workouts. So far, I've really liked having my morning shake and find that it keeps me full and energized...haven't really noticed any negativ effects. I've also worried about bulking up because I tend to gain muscle mass really quickly....and then I get discouraged cause the pounds never come off the scale. So...I've just been doing more cardio and stick with light weights/more reps to help keep my muscle. So far, so good.

    Keep me posted on your experience.

    Default 3 MONTH UPDATE PHOTO

    WELL LADIES I MADE IT TO MY 3 MONTH MARK !!!!!!!!! BUT MY SCALE IS NOT MOVING,I'M TRYING NOT TO BE DISCOURAGED AND JUST LET MY CLOTHES BE THE JUDGE. I HAVE INCORPORATED WHEY PROTEIN INTO MY DIET 30 MIN. BEFORE WORKOUTS AND SOMETIMES FOR BREAKFAST. MAYBE THIS WILL SPEED UP THE POUND LOSS , I JUST HOPE I DON'T START LOOKING LIKE THE HULK WITH THIS PROTEIN SHAKE I HAVE HEARD SO MANY OF YOU SPEAK ABOUT. ANY SUGGESTIONS FROM YOU GUY'S WILL BE APPRECIATED.
