lol, poor thing..i know the feeling.. i was sooooo awful last week with TOM.
So here it goes... mind you... unless it had calorie info on the back..i dont know it.
B: Atkins strawberry shake (130 cals) and cracker barrel cheese stick (70 cals)
GYM - 1 hour weight training and 1 hour cardio
L: Hamburger with cheese, guacamole, jalepenos, lettuce, and onion. 4 habenero boneless wings and broccoli.
Dinner.... well ummm.... lunch was at like 2/3pm so i skipped dinner cause beef keeps me super full.
Snack - An orange ... and a piece of gum...lol
Lots of water!
