    lol, poor thing..i know the feeling.. i was sooooo awful last week with TOM.

    So here it goes... mind you... unless it had calorie info on the back..i dont know it.

    B: Atkins strawberry shake (130 cals) and cracker barrel cheese stick (70 cals)

    GYM - 1 hour weight training and 1 hour cardio

    L: Hamburger with cheese, guacamole, jalepenos, lettuce, and onion. 4 habenero boneless wings and broccoli.

    Dinner.... well ummm.... lunch was at like 2/3pm so i skipped dinner cause beef keeps me super full.

    Snack - An orange ... and a piece of gum...lol

    Lots of water!

    haha, i know. i wasn't even hungry the first day though.......but TOM started today so i've been outta whack. i didn't really eat a LOT today....it just wasn't very good choices, but i don't care for sweets too much and that's what i crave during TOM. my daily calorie limit is 1200 tho and i didn't go over that so it'll be alright. i actually puked this morning i think because i ate so little yesterday and hadn't eaten much yet this morning. i wasn't even going to eat dinner, but i thought it would make me feel better.

    dang girl...u like starved... then gorged.... ouch... are you ok... did the potato chips get you today?? do you need me to yell at you today? Cause i could use a yeller at me! so if i post my food for the day and you do it to...can i be your partner in crime and we can critique each other healthy???

    This helps me Dbeth, but I also wear a uniform to work everyday and have a shirt pocket. I started keeping a pocket calendar. I put a piece of paper in between all the months (starting June) to write down my measurements and weight at the begining of each month. I made a code for myself (g=gym, w=walk, etc) and put the letter on each day that I do it so I can just open one page and see everything I've done in the past weeks. It's been helping me keep track of myself. Good luck with your daily log and I KNOW you'll be looking awesome by your one month mark. You've already done so well! And have I mentioned that I love your heart shaped face? So cute!

    yeah, i know lovemyboys. i do that, too.........but i've been so off track the past couple of weeks i just thought posting what i eat for the world to see (whether they actually look or not) will make me think twice. and it actually has been helping. amazing i think about this place when i'm not even here lol.

    Hey dbeth,

    There are several sites that will do this for you and have information in a database, like count the calories and then take your work out info and calculate it all for you..The database has a lot of chain restaurants with all the info...

    thedailyplate.com I think is a good one..

    well, today is another day! i decided i'm going to start posting my weight each day to being as though i weigh myself every morning. my home scale is different from the doctor's scale, so it is my weight at home of course.

    weight today = 169.6. i was 168.6 yesterday (but i did weigh myself about 6 hours earlier than yesterday, and eating less than 600 calories yesterday there's no way i gained)

    breakfast: 8 oz. OJ = 110 calories (O fat)
    strawberry special k bar = 90 calories (1 gram of fat)

    snack: miniature, tiny cupcake = don't know, don't care!........TOM came today!

    went on a field trip - scoop of peanut butter cup ice cream with hot fudge! horrible!.....and still don't know or care the calories.

    dinner - grilled chicken sub with onions, peppers, the whole nine yards. no clue how much fat/cals that was either, but i'm pretty sure i stayed within my daily range. i've gotten pretty good at estimating.

    okay.....here's my food intake for the day.

    breakfast: 8 0z. Orange juice = 110 calories (0 fat)
    one pack of buddig turkey = whole pack 90 calories (6 fat grams)

    lunch: vanilla pudding cup = 120 calories (3 fat grams)

    snack: 1 serving cheetos = 140 calories (10 fat grams)

    dinner: 3 chicken nuggets = 100 calories (7 fat grams)

    drinks: 4 bottles of water so far...aiming for 3 more tonight.

    i just didn't feel like eating very much today. i would normally eat better/more, but i wasn't going to make myself eat when i didn't want to.

    total calories = 560
    total fat grams = 26

    okay guys i am making this thread for myself. i was doing so well ever since i started losing weight on april 2nd. but all of a sudden the past 2 weeks i have fallen off the wagon big time! i haven't gotten on the treadmill except one time for 20 minutes in the past two weeks.....and i was doing 30 minutes every single day. i've slacked on my water (i haven't drank anything else, but not near enough water) ....and my scale is not even moving close to what it was before. i've eaten so many potato chips in the past few days i'm ashamed! AND....i'm going to the beach in ONE month so i've got to get back on track or i'm going to be so disappointed in myself. therefore, i am going to make this thread to write down every single thing i eat each day and if i walk. i don't care if anybody reads it, but just knowing there's the potential will keep me accountable. plus, i've been getting a lot of messages it seems like since i hit the 25 lb. mark from people wanting to know what it is that i'm doing to lose weight......so this way i can just direct them to this thread! i wasn't good today and i didn't track my calories either so my food diary starts tomorrow. wish me luck!
