thanks for the tips, I ate some cheese and took some tylenol then felt better. I got on the scale this am even though i Knowi its water I lost 4lbs ( in 1 day??) thats crazy but that tells me all my recent weight gain was salt and water. I already had my carb meal for the day, so the rest is low carbing. Ithink that the 1 carb a day will help me transition to not having many carbs period
