    thanks for the tips, I ate some cheese and took some tylenol then felt better. I got on the scale this am even though i Knowi its water I lost 4lbs ( in 1 day??) thats crazy but that tells me all my recent weight gain was salt and water. I already had my carb meal for the day, so the rest is low carbing. Ithink that the 1 carb a day will help me transition to not having many carbs period

    Remember to eat enough foods with fiber too! I've been backed up b4 when lowcarbing, and that is one of the worst feelings in the world lol. Divine, there are tons of good low carb diets out there. Most people associate low-carb diets with Atkins, and while I've done it before and think that its a great plan, nowadays I really like the South Beach plan. Google either of them and you'll find out all the info you need.

    make sure you eat enought mami!

    low carbing is just a way you eat. you stay away from carbs and sweets, other than natural sweets that are in fruits. so you basically eat meat, cheese, fruit, and veggies. no breads of any type. you can eat as much of those things until your full. cals dont count in low carb (even though i used count them anyway to make i was eating enough)

    Never really knew how to go about doing a "low carb" diet. Would anyone care to explain this to me, or help me out in some way or another?? LOL...thanks, all responses are appreciated!!

    You probably are not eating enough. I never get headaches while doing low carb. Don't go crazy on the cheese, it could "stop you up." lol if you know what I mean.

    yea eat a bunch of small meals/snacks when startin out. that should help
