    Thanks! I feel great, now I just need to keep up with phen and eating right >.<
    I was going to do a low-carb vegetarian diet, but I have no clue now. I always wait around to pick a good diet that fits me.

    That is so wonderful! 2% body fat is alot to shed in 3 weeks. you are doing amazing! keep it up girl!!

    07/14 - 215.5 (so close to 10 I can taste it!!)

    Great job - that is awesome! You have the right mind set, you may not be losing weight fast but you are losing inches and gaining lean muscle!!! Keep it up!

    Default So I didn't lose weight, but I did do something great!

    I lost 2% body fat in three weeks at Curves! Only three times a week for three weeks and I've already lowered my body fat 2%! Exercise DOES help, I feel better, I have some muscles (It's only been four weeks now, can't expect miracles), and I know eventually I'll not only shed 40lbs but get toned!

    I need to restart on phen and find a decent eating plan. Other than that, I feel great that I've stuck with it for this long!
