I was going to do a low-carb vegetarian diet, but I have no clue now. I always wait around to pick a good diet that fits me.

I lost 2% body fat in three weeks at Curves! Only three times a week for three weeks and I've already lowered my body fat 2%! Exercise DOES help, I feel better, I have some muscles (It's only been four weeks now, can't expect miracles), and I know eventually I'll not only shed 40lbs but get toned!
I need to restart on phen and find a decent eating plan. Other than that, I feel great that I've stuck with it for this long!
