    You did not blow it - you splurged, enjoyed food and company, it's celebration. It's life.
    I don't know that in my lifetime - Celebrations will not have food as part of it!!!

    Anyway - don't get discouraged - just back to your new eating style. Don't regret and definately don't forget it ... just forward ...

    Well, I blew it.
    - 4 bread sticks

    After 10 months of phentermine : 137lbs
    After college ( lots of stress and fast food) : 164lbs
    7/9/08: 139.6 FINALLY THE SCALE IS MOVING stopping phen ( medical reasons)
    Yea---ive blowwwnnn it this time

    I think it's smart to eat light today - but my 2 cents would be to PLAN for tomorrow.

    You've lost 45lbs - that is a GREAT statement in your knowledge of how to eat right.

    I'd also - disagree with bringing home left overs as a 2nd meal for yourself. Just because .... I know it would throw me.

    At the get together, enjoy your friends and food - eat the portion of foods you do at home.

    Same problem here... my hubby and I are going to try out the new "Paula Dean Buffet" at Harrah's casino tonight. We FINALLY have two days off together, so we're making the drive this afternoon and staying over night. This is a once or twice a year kind of trip and I'm gonna have to cheat tonight.

    i used to work there.you have to bother one of the hosts to get you one or a waiter. they kinda hide them because they dont want to give them out lol

    o0o n the salad is good... but eat too much n you might as well had another dish

    Eat the salad! Its all you can eat so eat more of that than the breadsticks. You may also want to try to drink a reasonable amount of water just before you go. Both these things will help fill you up. Then, order what you want and maybe your stomach won't let you eat it all. Then you will have Olive Garden for a small meal tomorrow too. In addition, I try to stop eating when I am not hungry anymore, but before I am totally stuffed. Sometimes that means leftovers, but that gives me something to look forward to.

    I know that this can be hard. I like the Olive Garden too. My weekness is crunchy tacos at a mexican restaraunt (Los Tres Hombres is my favorite).

    You'll do fine. Keep up the good work!

    Default Party tonight

    Well, there is going to be a get together at Olive Garden tonight---- and thats totally my weakness all the wrong things such as the moist buttery soft garlic breads, alfredo sauce, and tiramisu.

    So, I tried to find out nutritional info but I could only find their "low fat choices " on their menu.

    Anyone have any suggestions on how to eat good tonight and not over do it?? I'm trying to not eat to much during the day today so I can make up for some calories tonight.
