i have never been a coffee fan. i hated coffee flavored anything.....chapstick, ice cream.....i could never figure out why people would give Starbucks perfectly good money for a cup of crap! then..........i tried a vanilla cappucino from mcdonald's and i LOVED it. i don't drink them often, but they are sooooooooooooo good. i know....mcdonald's over starbucks? i'm weird. but u guys should try it, really, u know it's good if i don't even like coffee.

I use those sugar free flavored syrups that coffee shops do. No calories but its nice to have flavored coffee without the creamer. THen I add skim milk.

Have you tried the Splenda flavored coffee creamer? They are pretty good...it is hard for me to choke down coffee with out some kind of cream...

MMMMmmm....I love the flavored creamers. I gave them up too. I really love the holiday ones like pumkin spice, but it's a waste of calories.

1 bottle of creamer = 1 weeks worth.

It's right at 1000 calories and 450 carbs.

That out of my counts will add up.

I love creamer. And yes it is naughty. But iced coffee with flavored creamer when a milkshake or icecream
craving hits, its a better choice in that case. Just a splash, not the whole container.
