    i myself eat a bowl oatmeal or kellogs for breakfast, dinner i eat one smartones dinner and a late night snach is usually one100 calorie pack snacks , or a yougurt. I drink only water,crystal light(only has 5 calories)and d.dr.pep(has no claories)...........im a calorie counter. i LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE MY TATERS AND BREAD! but......i havent eaten taters sinceive been dietng. and when i eat a sandwich i only use one piece of bread. DO watch your carb. intake

    Ive tried a similar thing from Sams Club. They are fun. Its like eating cheese puffs that taste like fruit.

    If you're not eating strictly low-carb stuff then I think it's fine. They're definitely not high calorie, so there's no danger there.
    SW: 307 LBS 9/16/10.
    In 2008 I lost 91 pounds, but I've gained it all back... so here I am, at square one, but not for long.

    OK LADIES , I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT I SHOULD REALLY BE EATING AND NOT EATING. I DO NOT NOW HOW MANY CARBS,SUGAR ETC. MAYBE ONE OF YOU COULD HELP ME OUT . I FOUND THESE TODAY IN A STORE NEAR ME. TRIED PEACH AND APPLE...THE PEACH WAS AWESOME AND WAS A GOOD SNACK, BUT I DONT KNOW IF ITS GOOD TO BE EATING .
