I bet this is what is happening to you. I have had the book for 4-5 years, and out of the blue (after reading post by barefeetinwetgrass ) decided to pick it up. This passage was the only thing I read, so I guess this message was meant for you.
You know, I heard that once...a while back, and always seem to forget that valuable piece of information!

It's hard to say without knowing your plan. What are you eating and how many calories, how much water are you drinking....could it be your TOM (time of the month)? Lots of factors to be considered.

Default Not losing anything and one week down!

I have been on phentermine for one week at 37.5 mg and have not lost one pound! I read all of these postings about how people are losing massive amounts of weight after one week and I have completely changed my eating habits and work out 4 times a week very hard. I don't understand what I am doing incorrectly. I started taking the drug on Tuesday of this past week. Could someone PLEASE help?
