Wow...I love being on the phen again. I am down 10 pounds in about 2 weeks, which is average for me with meds. (I am walking over an hour each day, and keeping my calories at 1250 or so). My biggest problem is that I have been drinking my dinner. I start out with one Mike's hard lemonade light (98 calories) and then by the time I have had two or three I am so not hungry. This seems to relax me in the evenings because I am so high strung to be begin with. Do you all think this is really bad? I know if it was red wine it would be glass a day. Even though it does relax me, after about 2 hours I am wide awake again. Anyone else getting caught up in this pattern?
