I'm so glad you beat your slump! Sunshine is supposed to be really good for depressed people. I've actually heard of doctors telling patients to get in a tanning bed in Winter to get over seasonal depression.
    210lbs-170lbs 10/01/08 - 3mo of phen & 3mo of just D&E
    208.5 lbs 05/04/10 - Wk 0 (started phen again)

Mini Goal: 170lbs by my Vegas vacation in August

    Final Goal: 150lbs

I do, I love my coffee!

My boys are 3 years old - enjoy your 2 year old. LOL

But the good news is, I'm totally out of my slump - I went out side soaked up the sunshine and just sat and laughed ... now I'm back to "normal"

I actually took my pill today and I have crashed. I had protein for breakfast, and protein/carb for lunch. I don't know what my problem is but I almost fell asleep on the way home from work... at 2pm! Maybe there's a full moon in China right now??

    Default Exhausted and Crashing

I got up at 5:30a, rode my bike, (yay) ate a light protein breakfast (yay) - took my boys for a walk around the neighborhood -(yay) checked out the time, thought .. better give it a bit more so when I take my phen it will for sure be on an empty stomach -
Went outside - I did yard work and played w/ boys. (yay) Came in, got them lunch and I made me stuffed chicken breast .. (yay)
and I knew I overlooked taking my pill, but it really didn't matter, food was healthy and my water was just about all in ....
    Then
    CRASH

I am wiped slick. My eyelids are so heavy - lethargic is understatement. WAY too late to pop a pill now.

I have 4 more hours that the boys are awake ... before I can shut my eyes ugh.
