Thanks for all the support!! I went to my doctor and their scale said I had an 8 lb loss ... woohoo! I'm sayin my scale hates me at home, LOL.
Anyway, he said he was happy this month with my weight loss but wants me to boost my exercise up to 1 hr every day instead of the 2-3 days I'm doing now, and he wants me to lessen my caloric intake to 1000-1200. 1000 seems shockingly low and I don't know how I feel about that yet!
I am trying not to get too excited that I lost some weight from last week, my TOM is here so it could mean more weight loss after, or it will be exactly the same.
On ANOTHER note .... I am not nearly as bloated as I usually am during the dreaded friend, and I wonder what I should attribute that to ... Phen or my diet? I've never felt this great on the monthly!
