I don't get it either! My sister is 23 and none of her friends wear skivvies. Thats just a little too free for me! I think it the sign of the times for the younger generation!

Well in my skinnier days I wore thongs underneath my workout pants because I was trying to avoid panty lines.....some women try to avoid pantylines altogether by not wearing underwear at all....they think that thongs are uncomfortable. I knew quite a few fitness instructors that don't wear knickers and I personally think it is kind of nasty...atleast a thong absorbs some of the koochie sweat......I get uncomfortable whenver anyone is halve nekkid in the locker room.....not that I try and look but dang, some people are not shy at all!
Can someone please tell me why is that when I go the the gym and change in the locker room, many women don't wear any damn draws underneath their workout pants or shorts (always spandex)!!!! If you are a woman that does this....hey...more power to you...it doesn't effect me...i just need to know about this s.hit, so maybe you could tell me the reasoning behind this. Is it a secret society called "I'm Gonna Get My Private's Sweat All on that Bike Seat You're About to Use!"????
I know some of you may be laughing right now, but I am really...truly...seriously curious. I mean...is there some type of weight loss tip or exercise method I don't know about? Is there some type of benefit of not having any type of barrier between your muffin and the spandex?? There has to be some reason cause I seriously feel like I am in the twilight zone and I am the only one in my gym that works out with draws ON.....
