However, I do get the point of the post. Good tips! Most of my exercise has been walking, when I'm not painting some wall somewhere. Summer heat + painting= weight loss and possible dehydration if you drink water while you're doing it. Of course, that makes for interesting potty trips from the all water. Wash hands before of after? Depends on if hubby like surprises. LOL
