    That's crazy. I have been having PB&J's like 3 or 4 days a week for lunch. Plus PB toast on whole grain bread for breakfast. But I haven't been getting as much calcium in, so I'll up that and see if it helps.

    Ive been craving pizza. We did have one last week modified it. Whole wheat crust, spinach with chicken.

    I did add 2 chewable calcium tabs every day and it is helping quite a bit with my peanut butter issue.

    Calcium- interesting. I did the Real Age testing stuff and one of the things they said I needed was more calcium. I eat broccoli til it's growing out my heiney and I've started having yogurt every day for the last 2 weeks. Every morning I have 1/2 c. skim milk in my cereal or oatmeal, too.
    I still don't eat too many beans though due to the calories.
    I looked at calcium supplements but you need to take magnesium with them and together it would add a bunch o' pills to my life and I didn't want to do that. Which reminds me, I gotta go take my vitamin....

    I was having cravings for Peanut butter also!!! I rarely eat peanut butter and lately I want it at least every two days.

    The peanut butter is a oily/fatty.... so you would be lacking calcium!! Which makes sense for me because the last two weeks I have cut out dairy.... So I allowed myself to have some last night!! MMMmmm and it was good!!!

    That is so funny you talk about cravings. Last night after I walked a little over 2 miles, I ordered Pizza for my kids and was trying so hard to resist but I haven't had pizza in over a month since I started Phen. Hell, I haven't have any fast food in over a month so I ate a slice with garlic and I drink those Crystal Lite Tea flavored packets. I felt so guilty. Well I weighted myself this morning and the scale didn't change. Everytime I eat I also take Tonalin, you can get it at GNC. It's suppose to reduce the amount of fat your body absorbes. I also take a super digestive enzyeme & Ultimate probiotic 10 with every meal. Theya re all from the health food stores.

    The peanut butter cravings are killing me! I'm considering ordering from Belle Vista. It's supposed to be a lot lower in cals than regular peanut butter. I don't know if I keep craving it because I started snacking on peanuts when I was doing Atkins and now they are too high in cals to be worth it or what.
    Maybe it's too late for me to understand, but what does it mean you are lacking if you crave peanut butter?

    this is interesting....because i've craved PB&J too since i've been dieting. i used to eat peanut butter on an apple because 2 spoons is only 190 calories is what i was telling myself. then i looked at the fat grams and saw that one serving has 16 fat grams and my daily limit is 25 so that went out the window. of course, it depends on what kind of diet you are on, but for me....PB&J is just going to have to keep haunting me because i can't go there!

    Hmm interesting. In the past I have never been a sweets eater. When I went off the phen, it was all I wanted. I would seriously eat like three 100 cookie calorie packs. Now I am on a popcorn crave. For lunch today I had 2 mini bags. It was so good!

    Lightbulb Strange Cravings!!!

    Ok.. So today I had the weirdest craving for peanut butter. I wanted to have a PB&J Sandwhich really bad.... I have been having this craving for the last 2 weeks...and PB&J isn't on the 6 wk plan.... lol... well I had a sandwhich.... and then about 30 mins later I had another one!! AND GOD WAS IT GOOD!!!

    On a side note, I am a strong believer that when we crave something our body is telling us that it's lacking something. So, I googled and found this list. I thought you guys may be interested in it.

    If you crave this... Lack And here are healthy foods that have it:
    Chocolate Magnesium Raw nuts and seeds, legumes, fruits
    Sweets Chromium Broccoli, grapes, cheese, dried beans, calves liver, chicken
    Carbon Fresh fruits
