    I rarely have it...it tastes funny to me since starting Phen but when I DO, yeah I jsut eat the top.

    I just get the thin crust een though I LOVE pan pizza lol. I also eat a salad first so I am not as likely to eat a ton of pizza, and usually eat just one piece that way. I don't get a ton of greasy toppings though I love ham and pineapple pizza lol.

    MMMMMMMM Pizza - Love it and couldnt live without it but I'll be honest the digiorno garlic bread cheese pizza has only 350 cals per serving which is a-freakin-lot but honestly with a huge salad not too bad considering I had to sprint past all the ice cream and frozen pastries to get to it LOL
    Like so many others say all in moderation and be prepared to work your phen a** off after all a good 45 minutes of cardio can burn over 350 cals.

    I have tried the whole wheat shells and they are great. Thanks for reminding me about them. I haven't had pizza in 3 months..... Unfortunately, I don't really like any toppings so it's all or nothing

    HELL NO I eat the whole thing (however)....... I make my pizza myself! ...The target whole wheat pizza shells are amazing, and theyre 70 calories per serving

    No, but does it count that I eat all the toppings left behind in the box when the pizza is all done?

    I never gave up pizza. Moderation has always been my tool. I limit myself to one slice usually it's veggie or just plain cheese.

    I've gone to a pizza buffet and only had the toppings, along with salad and fresh veggies.

    I make my own pizza with a low carb "crust" and organic sauce.

    i haven't let myself get near pizza either. we used to order from pizza hut about twice a week and i'm pretty sure that's what caused the fat roll on my BACK!! thin crust pizza actually isn't too bad for you if you must have it....get thin crust, light on the cheese, and topped with veggies....then only eat one or two slices at the most.

    When I can't resist "real" pizza I tend to walk by and pick off 50 calories or so.
    I just made some spinach alfredo pizza for dinner friday night. Yummy and 143.2 calories per slice. If I had more fresh veggies on hand, I would have loaded that ****** up with more stuff.

    I used to do that when I was doing low carb, but remember the toppings have huge ammounts of fat in them.

    So far I have only had pizza once since being on the diet (although, it's only been 3 weeks, so that might be kind bad, lol). When I did, it was for hubby's bday and I only had 2 pieces....and usually I can easily eat 4-5!!! YIKES! So, for me...that right there was a huge change, lol!

    Not really, if I let myself near the stuff, I go all the way, that way I'm not tempted to go near it again. Get my fix for real.
