Hahaha, yes Kellygirl2018 Pinning workouts on Pinterest is the best. I love those one song workout ones. I listen to music all the time, so it's easy to convince myself to workout for just 2-3 minutes (one song) and I usually end up doing it a couple times just because it's fun to jam out
I really feel like the key to getting phentermine results is to find a workout that's fun for you! Keep up the great work
Have u been working out? Sweat is fat crying as it leaves your body!!! U cannot expect a pill to do it all. Go for a walk, start small. Pin some exercise moves on Pinterest. Move your **** ????

I know its super weird, but I've read on a couple of different sites about people who had trouble losing weight cuz they were eating too little. I didn't believe it the first time I saw it (I figured something else must be the problem), but then I kept seeing it... so maybe it really does happen? Just made me remember when u said u were forcing yourself to eat, Sammy-Sue. Whatever it is, I hope it starts working soon!!
Hi everyone, I just wanted to share my experience...phentermine has not worked for me so far. I’ve lost a pound here or there but nothing significant. It curves my appetite and I already don’t eat a whole lot but no major results. I feel super upset. Any suggestions?
So... I like to feel comfortable to what i purchase before even taking it out of the pharmacy... so i did i deep research before starting phentermine, and i found out that if you introduce it to your body slowly, your body will not suffer any side effect, and thats what I did. In November of 2017, with 28 years old n 220lbs (eating like a pig, literary, i was eating more than my overweight brother) my doctor prescribe me 37.50 mg pills. Then, i desired to cut them into 4 pieces, and took a quarter (9.4mg) 30 min before breakfast and another quarter 30 min before lunch for about 2 months (basically until my body got used to it). Honestly, during that time, i did not feel any side effect, no dry month, no weird shivers, no extra weird sweats... nothing. I feel great, full of energy, not hungry at all... it was perfect! I lost my first 10 lbs of water weight in the first month, and about 5 or 6 lbs the next month, but it was during christmas n new years, which is more than fine with me, nobody lose weight on those times, right!!
What are normal results for 1 month?

My first time on Phen I did not see the scale move but saw the body change. After a few months I learned that my body changes and then my weight loss would show on the scale. The numbers don't always mean you are not changing your body or losing weight. Be happy your clothes are fitting looser and enjoy the time.

I'm kind of the opposite of you in some parts. I sit behind a desk all day at work & don't get any exercise. I also have this huge issue of not eating all day long & only eating dinner (before Phen.). But, I would drink Coke all day long, and usually consume 8-12 Cokes in a single day. I did & still do eat ALOT of ice thru out the day. It's something that I started doing about a year ago & I constantly crave ice.....lol. On a normal day I go thru 3-4 44oz. cups of ice.
Since starting Phen. I have stopped drinking Coke all together. I managed to get myself down to only having 1 Sprite every other day last week. This week I have only had 2 Sprites & next week I plan on cutting it out all together. I was amazed how easy it was to give up drinking Coke on the Phen. I'm thinking that it's likely because of the whole dry mouth issue & Coke doesn't help w/ that.....lol.
I have been forcing myself to eat thru out the day & change my diet. So far it's been working out well. I'm fortunate because I love salad & veggies and they make for a quick snack and/or meal.
Thats exactly what my dr wanted from me. He actually didn't want me to start exc till week three., and I have but its really just basic stuff mostly cardio right in my own living room. Don't get me wrong I work A LOT. 10-12 hours 5 days a week. But I have don't that for 5 yrs and still didn't loose the weight. I can honestly say its my eating habits. I changed them like over night. Not saying its perfect but i would say 99.99 percent better. I drink lots of water with my meals.......i am going into my 6th week on phen and have noticed the appitite has came back a lil more......but with all the water it keeps me filled and i can still get my carlories that i need. So good luck to you and hopefully we can keep those good numbers coming in........
I go to the DR tomorrow............haven't been weighed at all since my last date so we will see!!!!!

I am new to Phen and just started 1/2 a pill each day. Today is my sixth day. The first day I felt a bit dizzy but after that it was fine. My question is how quickly did you see results. I weight myself after 3 days and of course it was the same, I feel my clothes looser but the weight so far seems the same. When did you see real weight loss? Anyone?

I have noticed I have a HUGE change in energy levels. I actually want to get up off of the couch & DO something, anything! My house has been much cleaner this last week as I felt the need to stay busy & have been srubbing away.....lol

Rubenesque - I'm 41 and what used to work for me to lose weight doesn't work now. It's gotten harder the last few years and I kept gaining instead of losing, so I asked my doctor to let me try Phen. I was seeing a neurologist for HA's and was put on meds that had s/e of wt. gain and b/c of back issues he told me no wt. bearing exercises However, I have lost 15 pounds ......... YEAH! You'll find lots of great info on this site!
Sold, when you don't have alot to lose it comes off slower....your body can lose just so much of a percentage of your body weight....It took me 3 months to lose over 8 lbs....I have 8 more lbs to go until goal. Just keep up a healthy lifestyle and the weight will come off..don't compare yourself to someone that is bigger than you....
I did it!! Reached goal and have been here for quite a while thanks to low carb eating and working out like crazy! Phen didn't work for me, but that isn't to say that there aren't other ways. God bless all of you!
