I heard the Windsor is really good. I guess it is all floor mat activities. Where I go it is a studio and we use the machines.
I do the windsor pilates, Your right it reallly tones the body. As for saggy, I've no idea.

VaneTT...you look FABULOUS!!!! As for the sagging boobs, do chest flyes. It won't make your breasts stand up, but it will build the muscle underneath to make them more prominent!!

I love it too. I actually go to a studio twice a
week. I work an instructor and there is 1 other
person with me. We workout for 1 hour. it is a
little pricey but ya know I'm worth it! No
really it is so good for you and you will appreciate it more when you get older. We won't have brittle bones like our mothers and grandmother.
Wassup everybody. Happy New Year to all my fellow phensters, I cannot believe that it's 2006 already, what a year. Well this will definitely be a year unlike any other that I've had because this year I will be thin and will show some skin this summer especially since I've become a Pilates junkie. I can't get enough of this stuff. It's Denise Austin's 'Hit the Spot Pilates' DVD and it is absolutely great. It's divided to work both upper and lower body and you can also customize the workouts to fit what you want to target. I've never really been able to stick with Pilates but I do it now every single day for at least an hour and already in just a month I can see and feel how strong my body has become and soon I will have the flat tummy that I've so desired. Question though, any suggestions on how to tone my sagging boobs????
