thanks yall...okay. i am on 30mg. i probably should just stop worrying because i may be just sort of jumping the gun a little. here is my history:
i started phen in feb 05. by june 05 i had lost over 30pds. then i had to get off in july and i started back in nov. i took them for like 2weeks and dropped 5pds but stopped cause PMS was a bummer. i wasnt working out though. after TOM left i just waited and started back taking them last thursday. i dropped the 5pds from TOM (if it was weight from that). i have been eating 6small meals a day. i do WATP 4mile..every other day. i try to stay away from carbs. i do eat oatmeal everymorning for my energy and i put flaxseeds in it. so its only been 6days. maybe i should wait, huh? im used to losing like 10pds the first week.
now as far as the water...i drink lots of water a day. im home all day so i can. i take the phen at about 7 and dont eat until like 8:30 sometimes 9 depending on how my morning is going.
i take 5-HTP everytime i take the pill. i take 100mg in the morning..100 in the afternoon..and 100 at night to help me sleep.
should i take more 5-HTP? maybe i should just give it more time??? i have about a month left and was thinking of starting lipodrene after this. i dont know.
