    I know what you mean, but you also have your basil calories that you burn. Just enter in everything for the whole day and then look at total calories burned. Mine is usually between 5000 and 6000 calories for the day. Even if you are sitting at work doing nothing. That is an activity on the list. When you're awake, you are burning. It's unbeleivable. haha

    That is what I noticed too Trent. I was okay I haven't done anything today..except shower get dressed..drive to work..but that all counted. I can't wait until I can walk tonight..put down an hour on the treadmill..lol

    I have been using Fitday.com and it's been a Godsend. If you log in your activities, it's amazing how much you actually burn without realizing it.

    Great website

    It is cool. You can say what you are eating or have ate so far and it will tell you exactly how many calories. It has a place for your activity's and tells you how many of the calories you have burned. It has a journal..which doens't have to be public..which I like. I don't want to blog everything I think, eat or feel you know.

    I think this could be an asset for me.. Hope you can use it too!
