I've been on 15mg since 8/14 and I'm down 21lbs.
I feel it loses it's kick by Friday so taking the weekends off and restarting Monday has been working for me
Hi forum people! I'm not sure if there's anyone out there will answer my question, but I thought I'd try... I need to lose some weight and my doctor brought up phentermine, so I've been doing some research today. I'm pretty sensitive to caffeine and things like that, so I think I'd like to start on a low dose. It seems like there are two low doses - 8mg or 15mg. I'm leaning towards the 15mg because I keep reading about people feeling like the low doses don't actually do anything, but I still don't want to take a full dose from the start...
Has anyone taken 15mg?? Did it work?
I just want to find something that works without making me feel terrible along the way. Thanks in advance for your help!
