    Does anyone here have tips to do when using phen? I just get in a plateau and don´t know what to do HELP!!

    Hi Sara, Try to do more cardio and lift exercises those help to lose weight faster, also drink a lot of water and don´t forget to eat healthy and count your calories.

    A high dose of caffeine and taurine in energy drinks can really affect the heart especially of those who aren't that heatlhy. Energy drinks has tons of sugar though, by the way.


    I've been loving non fat and low fat milk.

    Its differnet for me. 5 minutes right after I start I already start sweating.

    Drink lots of water. Sometimes eight glasses of water is not just enough.

    Starving yourself would just end you eating more than what you normally do. This is how diets should be. As a matter of fact, diet doesnt mean losing the right to eat what you want. Diet doesnt restrict you from eating what you want, but its not eating everything.

    Hi Sarah Are you tracking your intake (food and drinks) as well?

    If not, free weight loss apps (like MyFitnessPal and LoseIt) are great options to make it easier to estimate goals and track intake/exercise.

    I do a weekly weigh in and it helps me keep myself on track. I gradually add 5 more to every set of exercise.

There's been lots of debate over this in recent years, but as long as you stick to nonfat (skim) or low fat (1%) milk, it's healthy to include around three servings of dairy per day. Dairy products like milk and yogurt have lots of beneficial vitamins and minerals, plus protein!

    Fiber rich fruits helps in digestion and bowel movement. However be careful with fruits as too much consumption is still sugar.

    Diet shouldnt scare you. Its actually not being able to eat what you want. Its eating everything you want at controlled protions.

    Hello ya'll. I've been running lately but can't seem to stop taking coffee and im palpitating. I have a problem where I feel super drained if I dont drink coffee when running. Any thoughts?
