Nicole's story is one of motivation and encouragement. Food was a prime source of comfort for her until one day she realised that something had to be done. Since then, with exercise, phentermine, a proper diet - and lots of water, she has lost up to 70 lbs.

"I gained all of my weight in my 20's. After having kids it just got worse! I had no control over my eating, I would go and eat what ever I wanted without a thought to what I was doing to myself! I remember time after time I would sit in my bathroom and just cry because I was so unhappy with myself. But then the next day I would go and EAT something just for the comfort!
October 2004 was an awakening for me! I got on Phen and started exercising. I struggled the first few months. The numbers were going down on the scale, but I wasn't seeing it in my clothing yet. But I still stuck with it! And I'm soooo glad I DID!
Since Oct I have been consuming 1200/1300 calories daily. I exercise 4-5 days a week, and drink a ton of water!! This has been the BEST thing I have ever done for myself!"

Nicole Keep GOING - no matter what. I have gotten so discouraged in this journey. But I'm so glad I never gave UP! Find out what your body needs from you. Fit healthy changes into your lifestyle that you can do daily. Try to stay off the scale and instead measure yourself! And DRINK that water! The Phen forums have been a wonderful place for me; great support and awesome people! Thanks for that! |
